Turkey Trot 09 and The Cross Country 09 Season Awards!!

Its that time of year where everyone everywhere is finishing up their cross seasons (Conferences should be this coming weekend) and the people in Buffalo will be preparing for the Turkey Trot. It was a good season for Signs of Weakness, a strong start to hopefully many years of good running. We generated a lot of interest from people, a lot of which didn't take the club seriously. But we showed up to races, got the job done, and looked strong in the process.

Ryan Anderson is our MVP for the first full season of SoW racing, and he led the team with a 25:13 at Paul Short, which is impressive. No most improved or top newcomer awards for us this time around, we'll see next year.

This is a pretty big weekend for SoW. Make sure you tune in to see how our runners are doing. The MAC Conference Championship is this weekend and it will be featuring Chris Allen, Matt Kaiser, and Jake Hagen, a group of loyal Signs/ Buffalo Bulls. Also check out the NYC Marathon, where you can see Dave Doty, Andy Tomaswick, and TJ Bittel all strive to tally great times. You might even catch a Sign or two on Sunday at the Bob Ivory run in Buffalo!

After that, I hope everyone in Buffalo gears up for the Trot, I think that we can get 5 guys in the top 10. Which would really look good. Lots of yellow streaking down to the finish before anyone else??? It would be like a beautiful waterfall of yellow.
